Returns and Exchanges
If you have changed your mind, we will gladly exchange your sunglasses for another pair if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your sunglasses. This applies to full priced Sunglasses only. We will not offer exchanges or refunds for sale items due to change of mind. Sunglasses must be returned in the original condition in which they were sent, including the original tags and case. Sunglasses must not have been worn and not sustained any damage.
You must conact us via email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product/s.
We are not responsible for the costs associated with returning your items.
In the case where a product is deemed to be faulty, we will issue you with an exchange or refund. If you believe your product to be faulty upon receipt, you must contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your product/s. In your email, you will need to include a photo of the product and a brief description of the fault or defect.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your return or refund has been processed.
We do not offer refunds on any products due to change of your mind.
Due to hygienic and health reasons we cannot offer you an exchange on earrings for change of mind. Please be aware that this is subject to examination of the item/s. All products must be in their original condition and unused including original tags within 7 days of delivery date.
If you believe your earrings to be faulty upon arrival, you must contact us via email@example.com within 7 days or receiving your product/s.
